Placing an Order

To place an order on the Website, please follow these steps:
  1. Choose the items you would like to purchase and add it to a Cart.
  2. Go to the Cart and check its content.
  3. If you already have a registration as a Consultant or a Privileged Client on the website www.siberianhealth.com or in one of the Company Servicing Centers, we recommend you to log in before placing the order (enter your Agreement number and password), and then proceed to the clause 6 hereof.
  4. If you are not registered with the Company, you can do it by clicking "Continue after registration" in the Cart.
  5. Once you got registered or logged in you can proceed shopping.
  6. Next step – choosing a delivery address. Delivery address can be chosen from the profile, or you can add a new one.
  7. If you are not able to pick it up personally, we recommend you to specify the name of another receiver and his/her contact number. The addressee has to live at the shipping address specified in the order. Otherwise, the parcel will not be delivered or will be sent back to the sender.
  8. After choosing the delivery address, you can proceed to order payment method. You will be redirected to the GoPay website, where you can choose available payment method for the country of delivery: by credit card, bank transfer payment, PayPal (including bank card payment)
  9. Next step – you have to accept the conditions of purchasing the goods, delivery and payment.
  10. After filling up the form click "Proceed to payment", and pay the order following the payment system instructions.
  11. After the payment you will get a confirmation on your e-mail that you have placed an order and the sales contract. On the same e-mail you will get a payment confirmation from the chosen payment system.
  12. Preparation period to send an order takes 3 work days after payment confirmation. A payment confirmation means the receipt of monetary funds to the bank account of the Company. Order which was placed in E-shop automatically gets the number which helps you to see status of your order in the Personal Account.
  13. While submitting order, the delivery service assigns a post number. You will get the corresponding notfication. You can track the movement of your order with this post number on delivery service website.
